Scope of Work:

1. Design and develop a user-friendly and responsive website for IOV.

2. Create a visually appealing layout that reflects the values and objectives of IOV.

3. Implement necessary features such as member login, event management, document repository, and contact forms.

4. Branches login and their member details.

5. Educational courses registration and other details.

6. Ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.

7. Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support as required.

8. Ensure compliance with relevant accessibility and security standards.

Evaluation Criteria:

1. Technical competence and experience in website development.

2. Quality and creativity of the proposed website design.

3. Cost-effectiveness of the proposed solution.

4. Timeliness and efficiency in project delivery.
