The Bidder should be a registered entity in India under the Companies Act, 1956, 2013 or LLP Act or Registered Partnership/Proprietary Firm or registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 or an organisation set up as a trust governed by the Indian Trust Act, 1882.
