Goel’s exposure to civil engineering started early, as his father was involved in major highway projects. On 2nd October 1968, coinciding with the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, P.C. Goel established the Institution of Valuers (IOV). His tireless work made IOV the third largest valuation\r\n                        institution in the world.
